5 easy ways to have beautiful skin without spending too much money

Forget about chemical peels, surgical facelifts, Botox or expensive creams. You can get fresh and glowing skin in very simple ways.

One of the concerns of women when it comes to talking about beauty is not having enough budget to include those creams and expensive lotions in the market, and less to pay a dermatologist or a beautician.

With these nine tips you can keep up to date to achieve a beautiful complexion, and the best thing is that they cost very little.

1. Coffee Mask

Do not throw away the coffee beans after they have been used.

Only a handful of this moist coffee (if it is preferable organic) is an exceptional facial and body scrub. It not only removes dead skin cells with extraordinary delicacy, but also strengthens and closes pores, resulting in incredibly smooth skin. For dry skin, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil cold.

2. Wash your makeup utensils

Dirty brushes, brushes and makeup sponges are bacteria and dirt. When you rub your face with these ends to clog the pores and promote the appearance of pimples and blackheads. Wash your utensils at least once a week with a little shampoo and warm water to make them as good as new, as well as your skin.

3. Do not throw the shells

To make a super easy moisturizer, remove the inner flesh from the skin of a banana, apply it to the face and then rinse after 15 minutes. Other fruit and vegetable peels that you can use in the same way as banana (the inside, the fleshy part): potatoes, to help reduce swelling, citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruit) for its powerful astringent properties, avocado, to give freshness to your complexion and pineapple, to illuminate the skin instantly.

4. A steam bath

Avoid acne with a weekly face mask, since it opens pores, stimulates circulation and eliminates toxins. All you need is a pot of water, a stove, and a towel. (If you want it to be more elaborate, add a handful of aromatic herbs such as lavender, calendula, chamomile or thyme). Wait for it to boil, reduce the heat and let it boil on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Then cover the towel over your head like a kind of tent and lean your face over the steam very carefully. Hold this position for 5 minutes and then rinse the face with cold water to close the pores. You will feel the softness immediately.

5. Take shorter and colder showers

The hot water removes the fat cells that retain water in your skin, leaving it dry and cracked. Take a cold shower, so you must shiver a little. Not only does it leave your skin lush, you will also save heating costs and get to work faster. (The planet will also thank you).
